01   INITIAL PHONE CALL AND CONSULTATION

Each project begins with filling out our inquiry form. After we receive your submitted form we will email you a design discovery questionnaire and schedule an initial phone call to review your spaces and the questionnaire. During the phone call, we will gather information about your project requirements, design goals and go over the expectations and visions for your space. We will also discuss the design process, timeline, budget, and design fees. 

 

02   SIGNING OF AGREEMENT, INITIAL DEPOSIT, AND PROJECT START

 

We will outline the scope of work for the entire project and estimated design hours in the letter of agreement. Once you're ready to move forward you will sign the letter of agreement and submit an initial deposit.

03   MEASUREMENTS, PHOTOS, AND INSPIRATION PICTURES

Following the receipt of the deposit, we will ask you to email us the measurements and photos of the rooms that you need us to design. Don't worry, we will send you a measurement and photography guide that will explain which measurements and photos to take. We will also ask you to share your Pinterest boards or inspiration pictures in order for us to get a better understanding of your design aesthetics.  

 

04   PRELIMINARY DESIGN BOARD DEVELOPMENT

 

Now, we start the fun process - the design. Based on your inspiration pictures and the questionnaire we will develop design boards for your project. We will send you a preliminary design board that shows the overall color scheme, design direction and the products we chose for your room. You will get to review the preliminary plan and let us know of any changes you want to make. Once we receive your feedback, we will put together the final design board that reflects all the changes you made.  This process takes 2 - 4 weeks from start to finish depending on the size of the project and how quickly you make decisions.

05   PRESENTATION OF FINAL DESIGN PACKAGE

Once you approve the final design board and settle all outstanding invoices, we will put together a design package for you. Design package will include design boards, a floor plan showing furniture placements, and a detailed product list with price and shopping link.

 

If you desire, we are available to order products for you. Otherwise, we will hand over all the design boards, floor plans, and product specification lists to you and leave you in charge of the project.
